i was replacing the air filter and cleaning the box on my 2004 toyota highlander and i noticed that in the top part of the box there is a second filter that is different from the one i replaced. i tried to take it out to see i i could replace that one but it wouldn't come out. it looks like it was made to have 2 filters and was just wondering if it is supposed to have 2 filters. they are both filters for the engine and not the cabin air filter.
