My 1994 Toyota Pickup truck has rust on the frame near the back of the cab on both passenger and drivers side. There is a repair on the passenger outer side of the frame, but the inside is now rotting, and there is about 1inch diameter hole where it has rusted through. Is this something that a body shop could repair? Also, I know about the "campaign" to replace or repair 95-00 tacomas because of the frame rot, and called the dealer today. They didnt mention anything about me having to pay for a repair if the truck frame is rusted. I dont know if they are including 1994 pickups in this campaign. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
