They announce their rate every first Tuesday of the month...I know towards the end of the year they get more aggressive...rumor has it they are going to be dropping the rate on the Sienna from 1.9% to .9%...I just don't know when they are going to do it...in November or December. I would hate to buy at 1.9% when I could buy at .9%.
