Toyota estima miss fire on overdrive?

we own a 93 estima which runs fine untill we reach 55/60 mph on overdrive when a it feels like it misses occasionally and if ypu accelarate hard the engine management light flashes until you ease off. any suggestions?
 
I made the great misstake of purchasing a toyota several years ago....brand-new....miss fire, many problems...and I had to SUE the stupid company (they won't stand behind thier product) so, they spent $35,000 to fight me in court over a $24,000 vehilce.....AND LOST!!! Do yourself a favor & buy a Chevy or Ford product......TRUST ME!
