I failed saftey emmissions because I had not battery mount. Well, I purchased the mount, removed the battery, installed the mount, and reconnected the battery, but now my car wont start. As far as I can tell, everything is connected correctly and no wires are broken/shorted. The lights work, as does the radio. When I open my car door, the dims blink, and there is a clicking noise (Like my blinker is on) When I crank the ignition, nothing happens except the dash lights come on.
