...and not what was promised.? 2 days ago i picked up my new 2009 FJ Cruiser from Toyota of Nashua which is in NH, everything was going fine and easy. One problem though, I had payed for a touch navigation system to be installed in the car but when I tried using it I was very dissapointed because it had none of the components the sales represantive had promised me it would bring for example Bluetooth, which was one of the main reasons why i had bought their navigation system in the first place. The Sales represantive had even asked me to bring my phone so that he could hook it up to the bluetooth "it had". On top of this the navigation didn't even work because it would freeze every couple of seconds. When I went yesterday to their dealer saying I wanted my money back because the product wasn't what was promised to me they quickly said they wouldn't take it out, but they would fix it, after about 1 hour of argument they said they would take it out but wouldn't return all my money just some which I think is completly stupid. What can I do now? It was clearly their fault.

You need to look at your contract thoroughly. Also, your state does have a "Lemon Law" that you need to look into. Go to the Courthouse & pick up a FREE pamphlet before contacting an attorney. Good luck! Sorry you have to go through this.
