Toyota Corolla 2007 lights not working (something I did)?

I was installing my new head unit and must have bumped a wire or something, because the accessory lights (backlights for gauges, a/c and so forth) do not light up anymore. They most definitely all work still, just the backlight LED's are not lighting up when the car is on.

I need serious answers from serious people. Please don't bother telling me just to go to a shop or something dumb like that. I want to hear experience over common sense.
 
check for these
wrong wire hooked up with the hot (positive)
and also check your ground
and just a note caps work alot better than electricle tape
