there is a squeaking noise coming from the front left of my car. it sounds like its coming from underneath the shock. it sounds like rubber
the squeaking is non-rotational. u can only here it wen the car is absorbing impact on wen u push down on the left side of the car

have you tried cv gaitor they tend to rip and start sqeaking sometimes very loud as the driveshaft is spinning and because the rubber is ripped its basically like rubbing against the metal part
 
That could be the stoppers under the hood, With the hood closed, push down on it. If there is any play that is probably the problem. Just adjust them and you will be good. If thet doesn't work, try looking at the struts in the front, if there is any leakage that is the problem. Good luck.
