Toyota Celica 2.0L Twin Cam 1994 Jap Import?

Hi I am having problems with my car every time i change gear the reves go up but the caes not pick up speed for about 3-4 sec's
does anyone know what is worng and how much would it be to get fixed?

Also on the dash there is a little light with the pic of a car with 3 little lines comeing out of the back on both sides.
it only comes on every now and then can anyone tell me what this means?

I would say that firstly, either the clutch mechanism is sticking or the clutch is slipping.
The second issue is a bulb failure warning - check your stop & tail lamps.
