Toyota Carina Jerking while driving?

The jerking is increasing day by day. It doesn't jerk when engine is cold. its a 1.6 (4A-Y) petrol engine, with 150,000 kms on clock. I have changed the following this week, but problem persists:
-Timing Belt
- Spark Plugs, spark plug cables, distributor head and rotor
- Fuel filter
- Ignition module
- I have visually checked all the leads and pipes, but could not find anything wrong.
I think it can be ignition coil, but since its a bit expensive, so I just wanted to be sure before I buy one (its 160 euros from Toyota).
Any suggestions?

Sorry forgot to mention. Engine misfires at idle as well, however, runs good at high RPMS on motorways.
