The electrics started acting very strange with dash board lights coming on and other dashboard lights dimming. Head lights dimming. Headlight warning beep comes on when I open my door even if the headlights are off. Car then died while driving. I turned the key and nothing. A few minutes later I turned the key and it was clicking like it was tryng to start. Stereo seems to work for the most park but the red battery light on the dash is now gone completely at all times. I suspect electrical for a start, maybe a fuse or the alternator, but I think the battery and/or starter might be damaged too. Any experts out there with answers? It's a 1997 Toyota Carina E leanburn 1.6 litre petrol engine?
