my 1993 toyota camry hesitates when decrease the Speed same thing happens at various speeds do any body knows whats wrong wy its doing this .
 
You have a dirty PCV system, or a clogged up IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE. Find some AMSOIL Foaming Cleaner and a can of Gum-out spray. CLean these items, as well as your throttle body. Power wash your engine first, so you can see things better. Good luck!
