Toyota Camry 2004 - ABS system triggered while driving and wheel locked?

Hello Experts,

I got a Toyota Camry 2004 (120K miles). When I was driving today, the ABS system was triggered and wheel was sorta locked. I turned off the machine and restart it, its gone, but then it happens once more. The maintenance light was flashing when I started my car, then gone.
I stopped the engine, restarted it gain, and drove around....no problem....
Now, I am kinda worried that this will happen again later. Most dangerously, if I drive in highway.
What could be the problem? The only maintenance that I do is oil change (has been 4 months since I last change it)....nothing else. We have snow here in GA these 2 days so I am not sure if it has anything to do with this. I just drove from a parking lot to the other after a long day of parking

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
I don't think there was snow on the road when I was driving today.

This didn't happen when my car skid a little yesterday when there is snow on the road

ABS is wonderful when all conditions are correct, but troublesome as dog doo-doo when not. When it's slippery out the ABS cannot know that, and tries to make your tires work correctly anyway, often times completely screwing things up. You are doing what you can, just keep pulling over and re-starting your car until the weather breaks.
