I Have a avensis 1.8vvti with 38k miles.the engine tickover is very lumpy and erratic(sometimes cuts out ).engine light is on and has been reset,when starting from cold has top end rattle.Does not happen all time.Any ideas anyone or do I take main dealer and put on diagnostics?.Thanks
