Ive been doing alot of research on this engine that comes with 88-92 Toyota Cressidas and 86-92 Toyota Supra NA. Im hearing alot of different things that with the head gasket replacements that depending on the the conditions of the engine/head that just replacing with a stock head gasket and retorque it and it would be fine. And thats without having the head machined. If I want to put a Metal head gasket, I have to get the head machined. SO, what is the real answer to these questions? I have been wanting a Cressida or Supra as a project for a couple years now and i just want a real answer to these questions. Thanks!
