Anyone had a rattle in their sun roof? The sun roof itself isn't rattling...it's something to do with the mechanisms that hold it in place (inside the car roof). It sounds like a nut/bolt are loose and SERIOUSLY rattling loudly. I've tried to get into the roof through the sun roof opening, but it's way in there and I haven't been able to reach it.
I took it to the dealership and they want over $1000 to pull it apart and pack it with insulation to hold everything still. I don't have $1000 to spend on a loud rattle, but it really is driving me crazy! It only stops rattling when I drive over 75 mph.
Any ideas or suggestions? Please!!!!
