Not in California unless it's exempt by model year. Not sure of the cutoff. If it's over the exempt age you should be good to go.
You'd have a heck of a time making it fit and your weight distribution would be terrible. Watch out for the optispark unit (crank mounted distributor) as they can be finicky. If you go for it, good luck.
