kay so where to begin. got my 22re all tuned up and got sa used but properly working TPS sensor and adjusted it properly with a digital ohm meter than went on a 2200 mile trexk up and dwn the eastern seaboard and it ran beautifully with out a problem. in the last 3 days. my engine has now been wanting to cut out under light throttle applications. not hesitate but it just complely cuts out. if i floor it in gear its perfectly fine if i rev it when its not in gear it cuts out going into the throttle and backing off. i can see my tach dive then back up. wtf is going on here. my onluy answer is a TPS but its not sending any trouble codes. came out to check the trouble codes again today and nothing but when i started it back up it ran absolutely fine. with no dead spots and it does this intermitenly.
little over 400,000 miles on it. its an electrical/ground problem i drove it again tonight asnd it seems to do it best when the lights are on or when u put an electrical load on it. would a bad alternator cause this bad ground. all connections appear good and no corrosion.
