it's a 99 4 cyl. ranger....but anyways it says the tongue compacity is 200 pounds and tottal trailer weight compacity is 2,000 pounds. so does that mean i can tow a little civic or not? one of those trailers where the front wheels are in the air and the back tires on the ground.
