tounge pain

Im not that sure whatIm doing but on the back of my tounge on the right side I have these red bumps and a white coating but just on the one side and my throat is killing me can someone please tell me what this is..It hurts so bad

The white coating sounds like a yeast infection called thrush but it could be a post nasal drip/sore throat, the drip (and the bacterial infection) being on that one side.

Any family or clinic doc could probably tell you what it is just by looking at it.
