4 years ago I attended a Community College and paid for my tuition out of my pocket, I received no financial aid what so ever to go to this college. Prior to going there I went to a different college and did receive financial aid only to drop out.
My question is can I receive financial aid at the college that I previously received none at so that I can return. I attended for only 1 semester. I do not have the money to pay for it out of my pocket again and I am on my own- no parents. I already filled out a FAFSA and I am not eligible for a federal pell grant either. The cost per semester is about 1,500. I also have student loans that I am currently paying for.
