My experience with Palm has been much more positive than some posts. I purchased this TX three years ago and only in the past six months have I had the typical screen touch problems.
I ordered the replacement screen from PDA parts but their UTube video has gone mute. And, a second video is not good enough to follow as a guide. I took the Palm apart with no problems but do not feel competent to replace the screen without a better video guide.
I also did the prescribed cleaning procedure, and that improved the performance slightly, but it's obvious the old screen is going.
Any suggestions.
