I bought a 22 inch Toshiba Av600u back in early November of 2009 and now there appears to be a problem with it. Sometimes when I turn on the tv, the cable show i'm watching will appear in a negative image type of look, but will go away as soon as I switch channels and won't come back unless I turn the tv off again. When the tv is negative, things like the menu of the tv do not appear negative. So far this only seems to affect the cable and not any of my video games. Is this a sign of the tv dying??
