For a while now I have been looking into universities that I might want to go to (I'm about to be a senior in high school). This might be a broad question but does anyone know of any good universities (maybe top 60) that have good science/pre-medical/engineering based programs and classes as well as good financial aid?
More specifically, could anyone tell me how the science program is at Columbia and if it offers any decent financial aid? Washington University? U. of Virginia? etc.
I forgot to add I'm only looking at universities that are in the proximity of the Midwest (as in not too far west or east).
