Trust me they will not fit with "Monster Ovals", or I would have kept my Monsters.

That is very true the monsters are just to big for the opening in the bags. If you were to go any farther than a 5 1/4" pipe you would have to start cutting into the entire stretched portion of the bag so that they would fit.

As they say a picture is worth 100 words...I have the Monster Ovals on order and obviously do not have them installed.Otherwise I should have been able to sort this for myself.

Heres some pics of my 3 inch bags from Top Shop. I have 4 inch V&H classic slip ons. As you can see, they line up with the fender nicely and I have plenty of room for cornering. They fit on the bike very well and are well made, you'll love the carpet inside too.
