Thank you!! Didn't I say I have talked to Arlen Ness 3 times and I know what I am talking about. They have have new quality stuff which is good. I have seen it as well. I am still getting Top Shops bags but the Arlen Ness fender. Also they have the same fender for the older bikes.
One warning!! You have to notch out the area to use your sissy bar, Arlen Ness sent 6 photos to me on how to do it.

For a new fender for 09 and 10 the PYO is supper nice. Not cheap(nothing paul does is cheap), nice lines and good lighting options. still it is fiberglass I know you want steel

Here is the fender light install. The tri-light will be installed after the fender tooling is done and we build a bracket to hold it into place but here you go!

what's the yellow i see in the picture from above?
looks nice. Just waiting to see what the damage will be for a kit including the bags.

The yellow is just some tape that we put on so that when we were doing the mud work underneith the over lay.
The lights are inside of the indentions that we put into the overlay and the two lights will touch but barelt. When the light bracket is tight it will not move at all, we made it that way for a nice firm fit.

yeah, I don't like that much either........not bashing you guys Justin, I'm just sayin......would it not have been possible to pus the filler strips back a little more to avoid the need for the divets?

The very tips of the lights are touching but nothing else and it's built that was is so when you tighted it won't shake around like some of the other fenders out there. The thickness of the fender is going to be about 1/8" and we the bike running with the fender just sitting on there, nothing shook. The fender is going to be strong, we wouldn't make it anyother way but tough.

How about if we just made the hole's deeper so that it wasn't?
