Top Shop New Style Bags

For the mounting you will use all of the hardward that you have for your bike right now. Nothing else is need.

As for the install you will need to drill one of the blinker hole's like a 1/16" bigger just so that you can get the bolt through and that is all the fab that is necessary.

For protection on the fender we will be adhering foam on the back of our fender's to ensure you will be able to use your's again down the road if you choose to do so.

Tony is working out a nice body line in the fender right now to make it pop alittle more. We just think that the fender needs to have something in it to show off the curvature that much more.

Right now we do have the one fender that is a balnk for the 09 and you can customize it to you how ever you want. We are really trying to get the 08 finished right now so all focus is on that. Possibilities for a future build for a different 09 fender is more than likely.

Justin,
If I may ask, how does the light mount in the fender? did you have to remove the facia from the bike before installing your cover? One last thing, is there a way not to put the bumps in it behind the turn signals, If somebody is using a cyclevision all in one set up they will not get covered up and the bumps will show.
Thanks Keep up the good work. You have 7 weeks to get it perfect that way Santa can have it under my tree in time for Christmas

That is something where the customer would have to let us know that is the set up they are going to go with and we can fill all the stock light holes for them. But if this is something that the customer does down the road then all fab would have to be done on their end.
This fender is starting to come together nicely! Looks KILLER!!!! I'll post up some pictures when Tone done.

Make it like the Sinister or Arlenn Ness ones and they will sell like hot cakes, I will take the fender and the bags like we talked about.

ps you might want to insert a piece of aluminum 1/4" thick when you lay down the fiberglass in the area where the seat gets screwed on to the fender, for when the fender gets drilled & tapped, it will have the strength it needs and wont crack with use.

The fender is almost there but it still needs work. The lines have to be blockout out, straighten the lines and test fit it. Then we will be making the tool for the part. But we will get some more pictures of the fender installed on the bike here for everyone soon!
Thanks
Justin B
