Justin and I talked detachables yesterday. I'm sending him my Facia/Tri-lght and some mesurements. Trying to get a 3 inch Stretched fender to match bags. Also getting the tri-light in the fender. Thinking about the cycle vision taillight/turn signal set-up with this fender. Also this will work on the Ultra just don't have the light holes cut in the bottom of the fender. Hope there is enough room for the detachables I do like having my trunk when I travel

If someone purchased the bags with no exhaust cut outs, could they cut their own?

Excellent doing business with you and you pro attitude sets you apart from many I can tell you.! look forward to receiving these new bags although winter will be pretty much here then.
We talked about the new fender and I had a couple thoughts after we hung up. I realize your going to make this is so quick detatch items can be made. I mentione having KW upper fillers before and not being able to use my quick detatch HD baclrest with luggage rack as it rubbed the paint. The luggage rack is what narrows it. Most of us MUST be able to use a luggage rack with no tourpak for trips. I have 42000 on my 06 so i ride it and the ole 07 Heritage.
2nd thought, when making this new fender, perhaps two versions. How about one that has LED strips in the filler on either side of the fender? We can them this for signals/brakes/run and keep'remove the OEM tail light.
Just thinking is all, I was getting ready to to use some Custum Dynamics 8 plasma rods the use adhesive on the back side of the filler and fit between the filler and bags. I will wait if you think you might carry a fender to match the bags with LEDS in the fascia...It really cleans up the arse end of these bikes

I talked to an authorized Bag Dad dealer that I got the name from on thier web site and he said no.
What else was I suppose to do? He was gonna be the one to install it.
