Yes we do, that is actually how the bags come out of the mold.

So, each different length has it's own mold? Or do you "cut" them to size and then reglass the bottom in?

Well we just got done with making a the 3 inch moldings and but for all the other lengths we will just cut them to where they have to be.

I don't know much about fiberglass, but if you cut the bottom off, won't the bottom panel be weaker than the original floor? Or is it all solid on the bottom and you just remove material? I have no idea how others do this, but sure glad someone is finally making shorter lengths we can actually use.

We made a jig and bag the fiberglass back onto the bottoms. The bags are actually stronger because they're not as long.
