I'm trying to find a restaurant in chicago where i can have my 21st birthday dinner with a few close friends.. nice decor and maybe a table with a sheer curtain around us so it keeps us away from everyone else at the restaurant. Something different. A night to remember. Thanks
 
you should probably just go to the liquor store and get a handle of jack and go to the strip club with about 300 bucks and get laid you doucher. the top restaurant in Chicago for you is between some strippers legs.
