ok i got put on probation back in 07. with a suspended sentence of 4 years. i was order to go into a drug rehabilitation program. i went to a place i was medically discharged. so i did not complete the program. so then i was ordered to go to art which is another one. i haven't went yet. so i relapsed and i smoked marijuana. i tested positive for it and now i am violated. i was sentenced under the youthful offenders act also. so is there a loop hole in that suspended sentence because i have not had any drug treatment
