Haven't seen the new indy yet, but has rocky 6/rambo 4/die hard 4 I think it was worth the wait.

So as long as the same old crew/director are involved they could pull it off ok.

The only good thing about the original was how gay and 80's it was, can't quite see them pulling that off again somehow.

I saw Top Gun just recently and thought Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz, so a sequel would be Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I have to say I am reaaaaally not sure 'bout this, not sure at all... A part of me thinks it'll be interestin' to see what they can do with a sequel but the other part of me thinks they should leave well alone, I just dont think it'll have anything near the same impact or feel that the original did. I guess we'll wait and see...
