Top coat of clear spray paint that wont have any stickiness?

I spray painted the shell of my cell phone and it's still kind of sticky even though today is the 4th day with a fan, is there any kind of top coat or type of clear spray paint that specially has no stick?

(at this point the phone is not very sticky, but when you hold it you can feel that it's unusual)
