Top Biology Schools in the US?

I'm looking for a website with the top schools to go to for an intended biology major. My SAT scores are: CR=580, W=640, M=650. I want to try and apply to some really good programs. Also, my parents are making me apply to a SUNY school, so would SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Geneseo, or SUNY Stony Brook be better for Biology? Thanks
