I was discussing this with a friend and found it quite difficult, but after much deliberation, and in no particular order:

Dory from Finding Nemo - after watching the movie at least 15 times, she still cracks me up.

Mr Darcy - sooooo sexy!

Kim from My Best FrienRAB Wedding - you so want to hate her, but u just can't

Truman from the Truman Show - aw! I felt so sorry for him!

Mary Poppins - wonder woman!

Ducky - Pretty in Pink
Sebastian - Disney's The Little Mermaid
Lucas - Empire RecorRAB

And wow, Stallone and Schwarzenegger. You do watch other films, right?
 
Freddy Kruger- (Nightmare On Elm Street)

Go Go Yubari- (Kill Bill Vol1) no idea why I just love her! lol :D

Donkey- (Shrek 1/2)- always cracks me up. love the line to Puss In Boots "the position of annoying talking animal has already been taken" :D )

Nicky (Little Nicky) hilarious
