I actually like this one. It's a very cute little show, and very enjoyable. From the voice acting to the writing, it's very high quality entertainment. I especially love Mel Brookes as Whitey the sheep. Eventually, he was joined by a female sheep, played by Joan Rivers (oddly enough, they were both in another PBS show in the 70's, the Electric company, but not in the same segments).
My only nitpick is that the animation tends to get a little stiff in the first season. And I really liked what they did in the first season, which was behind the scenes of the TV show segments. They even interviewed most of the voice actors. They replaced it with some storyteller segment. However, I've seen one where Russi Taylor (voice of Fernie) explains storyboards. That was a real treat. They also had one with Tom Kenny (who, oddly doesn't do any voice work on the show) explaining different tones of storytelling.
