too much benadryl?

my roommate's heart is beating fast and shes not sure if she took too much benadryl she took 2 pills in a 3 hour range and theyre 25 mg in a pill she also has a headache. she wanted to take ibiprofen but im not sure if thats exactly what she should do...does anyone know?
 
Ibu should be fine for her headache as long as she doesn't also have a stomach ache.

25 to 50mg every 6 to 8 hours is the proper dosage for Benadryl, so it doesn't look like she took too much.
