you angry? our neighbours 14 year old being prosecuted for have paid 1/2 fare but not having concession pass with him.
Twellso -No I wouldn't give famous /rich people freebies,they can afford to pay and yes it does matter because he is entitled to half fare ;being prosecuted will mean he have a criminal record.
