Since i am trying to build alot of muscle every time i go to the gym i just go and lift weights and never do any cardio. I like how my body looks everywhere except my chest and abs (have a little fat). My question is if i ride the bike at the gym like 3 times a week, for 30 mins or something around there will this help tone up my body and get a more "ripped" look? I dont want to lose any weight i just want to lower my body fat % to get some abs and a better looking chest. Will the bike help me?
