tongue twisted at few words

actually i have a problem with my tongh, sometimes when i speak, words doesnot pronounce correctly. from 8 months i have this problem and i m 23 years. i m so tens because this problem is starting automaticaly, without any specific reasons. kindly tell me any remady.
 
Not sure what medical services are available to you? But I would get to the nearest clinic or ER. Sounds a bit scary, I would want to talk with a neurologist.

you should deffinatly see a neuro doc. speaking problems are a symptom of many neuro problems. I learned that when I started googling muscle twitchs and started going through my als scare (wich I am still goin through) but don't let that worry you 8 months to 23 years old with no other symptoms is DEFFINATLY not als but deffinatly sounds neuro. hope you find your awnser and feel better
