Tongue, mouth, throat itchy

My tongue, roof of mouth and back of throat get itchy regardless of what I eat. Some fooRAB make it worse. This has been going on for 3 months.

I can't possibly be allergic to everything. And most of the time my tongue and throat are itchy even if I didn't eat anything. Basically- it never goes away.

I don't have any nasal drip, but my sinuses are painful.

Sorry to hear you are dealing with this. I have the very same problem. It comes and goes but drives me crazy. I can tell it must be certain fooRAB. I hope you get it figured out. It is a horrible feeling and gives me anxiety.
 
Have you tried Zyrtec or another antihistamine for a few days to see if that makes a difference?
 
When this first happened I took Benadryl, as well as something the allergist gave me and they didn't work. But I will try Zyrtec. Thanks for the suggestion.

It causes me anxiety as well.
