I have the holux gps receiver and the Tom Tom 5 software, with the Palm TX.
I have used it in my city as a test and on one trip to Vermont. It works just as well as the Hertz neverlost, with less nagging. It's easier to set up an address in it, and you can designate a "home" wherever you want. We all swear not to use them while driving. If I did do that I would have found it was easier than not using the Neverlost while driving.
It wasn't the easiest thing I ever loaded onto the palm, but not the worst either. I am very happy with it. I haven't tried out all the features yet
