Tom Hanks In New Transformers Film?

Appartently there are some rumours that Tom Hanks is going to star in the new Transformers movie as a voice of one of the characters. However he has said that these rumour are false and he hasn't heard of those rumours, and whilst he finRAB them amusing, said he'd consider the film if he got to play Optimus Prime!
He did also said though that he's totally behind such a project - being a self-confessed fan of the Transformers cartoons and toys himself!
 
Close but I do think you heard it wrong! The original Transformers movie is a 80s classic with a utimate cheesy soundtrack and a great cast. They will need to cast Tom Hanks as one of the voices as in the original they had Leonard Nimoy, Eric Idle and Orsen Welles. So I cant wait to see who is in this new film!
