Tom doesn't like either oranges or apples. Is this sentence grammatically correct?

1. Tom likes neither oranges nor apples.

I know this sentence is correct. But how about the one below?

2. Tom doesn't like either oranges or apples.

Can 2 be the same as 1? Is 2 grammatically correct?

How about this one?

3. Tom doesn't like oranges or apples.

Is 3 grammatically correct? Is there any difference between 1 and 3?

I'm not a native speaker of Japanese. Please help me.
