Toilet training please please help?

Ok so i have 4 kids, a 5yr old 3 yr old and a 2yr old and now a almost 3 week old. It took me over 3 yrs to potty train my first daughter, my 3 yr old is and girl and 2 yr old is a boy and still both in nappies, and would love to potty train them both as its costing me a fortune buying 3 different types of nappies every week. But how. I can't remember how i did it with my daughter. Anyone have any suggestion. I keep thinking nothing is gunna work. What did you do? Would love some stories on how u did it? Please help. Thanks
