today at the gym i ran for 60 minutes and my heart rate stayed at around 200

bpm should i be concerned? and i was not tired so i ran for another 60 minutes and my heart rate got up to 230 bpm and for about 2 minutes it droped to around 60 bpm then went back up i also drank no water and had no breaks at all and the only thing that sweated was my hands. what is wrong this does not seen right to me please help should i see a doctor im scared and i just left gym 20 minutes ago please help
but i am not a runner never run really i stay at home alot i only eat once a day and i am not active at all i play video games eat and sleep thats about it this is only my second time at the gym the first time i went i work on my upper body so i dont kno what my heart beat was but i know it wasnt that fast it fell so wierd my chest was beating hard
i am only 5'3" 154 lbs and i am a male 18 years old
also was told by doc about a month ago that i have heart murmors he set me up appiontment with heart doctor but thats not for another 2weeks
i have been sitting here now and i fell perfectly fine so i guess never mind i guess i just have a faster/slower heart beat than others
