high-need location and pic? I need to know the location of the heater fan resistor as well a a diagram of its location so that I can inspect and test it. Thank you, "Peter"
 
There are usually relays specific to the "high" and "med/low" fan settings.
They are on a "block" (mounted together) behind your glovebox.
Take the insert out of your glovebox, so you have access to the area behind the dashboard.
Buy a relay and replace one at a time with it until you find the one that is bad.
If the block is corroded, replace it, usually around $20., relays are around $5.
