to run windows on my mac, which is better, parallels 3.0.5600 or vmware fusion 1.1.2?

both were recently updated with vista sp1 and xp sp3 support and bug fixes. since both are reasonably the same, i was wondering which is better. is one better for xp while another is better for vista? whats the difference? and which one should i pick?
