to much oil in ford focus engin?

That depends on how much EXTRA oil. Little bit extra (like 1/2 to 1 full extra qt) might be fine.

But way too much and the pistons start to beat and churn the oil making them frothy. And frothy oil does NOT flow and lubricate.

You can just drain it out, or go for an oil change, and they will just level it off when they fill it again. Around here oil changes are just $20, so why risk driving like that?

what would happin the engin in a ford focus it there was to much oil put in and the car was in motion what effects would it have on the engin would it ruin the engin or would it be ok and im really hopeing ur going to say its ok for my sake LOL
sorry there was 7 liters of oil put into the engin
