To early to test, do you think I am pregnant?

TTC, and we had intercourse around my most fertile days, then, a few days later, I think I got implantation bleeding, but I'm not sure, it was just a tiny bit of blood, didnt really show up in my underwear, but It was on the toilet paper, so do you think that was implantation?? and now my nipples are really sore, this is just for opinions and personal experiences, if this has happened to anyone else. So do you think this could finally be it?!
 
take a pregnancy test because theres no other way of telling tbh. what ever the answer is see your doctor. if it says yes it will be to make sure you are. if it says no, tell the doctor your symptoms and they can make sure for you, or see what the problem is
